THE GAME OF ADETOKUNBO

Many people change their ethnic names under the pressure to fit in and assimilate to new places. In doing so, we lose a part of our identities from the cultures that makes us, us.

So, we created The Game of Adetokunbo, a cultural twist on the game of horse between Giannis Antetokunmpo and Hasan Minhaj. The two cross-cultural celebs are no strangers to having their names butchered and talk about the importance of celebrating all of their names and cultures that they come from. 

This campaign reinforced the message of WhatsApp’s new brand platform There’s No One Like Us—a rallying cry for cross-cultural communities around the world celebrating duality of cultures.
